Codul Contraventional al Republicii Moldova.
Abstract/Citation
Provides for the legal norms that establish general and special principles and provisions in matters of demeanour penalties and contraventions. Determines the facts that constitute contraventions and stipulates the process of contravention and of sanctions. In particular Chapter VI of Part II provides for violations of the political, labour and other constitutional rights of individuals.
