Transitional provisions: For the pending appeals provided by the article 3 para 5 of the Presidential Decree 61/1999, the competent bodies are those inscribed in the articles 3 and 4 of the same Decree as they were applied before their repeal through the Presidential Decree 90/2008.
Repealed: All the provisions of Presidential Decrees 61/1999, 90/2008, 81/2009
Amended: Repeals article 5 of the Presidential Decree 220/2007.
