Lov (Nr 82 av 2008) om endringer i ferieloven (Nr 21 av 1988), arbeidsmiljøloven (Nr 62 av 2008) og arbeidsmarkedsloven (Nr 76 av 2004).
Abstract/Citation
Amends articles 2, 5, 7, 9 and 11 in the Annual Leave Act concerning minimum annual leave, additional leave for employees more than 60 years old, rules for postponing leave days for the following year, and annual leave overlapping with parental leave.
Amends articles 4 and 5 in the Working Environment Act concerning the use and import of chemicals.
Amends article 27 in the Labour Market Act concerning regulation of temp agencies.
