Chapter 1: General provisions, inter alia, scope, definitions, dispute settlement, insurance and sanctions.
Chapter 2: Content, duration and support to labour market initiatives.
Chapter 3: Labour market oriented rehabilitation.
Chapter 4: Internship initiatives and regulations.
Chapter 5: Follow up.
Chapter 6: Subsidized employment opportunities.
Chapter 7: Vocational training.
Chapter 8: Internal vocational training in enterprises.
Chapter 9: Time limited wage subsidies.
Chapter 10: Labour market activation measures.
Chapter 11: Planned sustainable work for labour market groups in risk of early retirement.
Chapter 12: Conditions for employers receiving subsidies.
Chapter 13: Offers of subsidized treatment for mentally disabled persons.
Chapter 14: Entry into force and relation to other ordinances.
Chapter 5a and 9a have been repealed by Ordinance No. 26 of 2016.
