Abstract/Citation
Amends the following articles:
Article 3: Employer's duty to use a medical examination service;
Article 4: Occupational safety and health provisions;
Article 6: The right of workers representatives to follow training organised by the trade union;
Article 7: The right of members of a working environment council to paid training opportunities;
Article 10: Agreements on maximum working hours;
Article 12: Right to observe religious holidays;
Article 14-17: Job security, lay-offs, pension and related dispute settlement;
Article 18: Implementation and the role of The Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority.
