Amends article 12.10. (title) concerning taking care of close relatives; article 12.10. p.1 och p.2 (on leave an employee who takes care of close relatives, parents, spouse, partner or registered partner as well as care for disabled or chronically ill children) in the Working Environment Act (No. 62 of 2005).

Amends article 6.5. p.4 (right to benefits for parents with children who dies after long term illness); article 9.11. s.4 (right to income and benefit for parents with children who dies after long term illness); article 9.12. s.1 (attendance allowance for members taking care of a close family member in the final stage of life) in the National Insurance Act (No. 19 of 1997).
