Lov (Nr 31 av 2010) om endringer i arbeidsmiljøloven (midlertidig ansettelse mv.).
Abstract/Citation
Introduces a new p.3 to article 14 (9) ss.1 concerning employer duty to discuss the use of temporary employment with the employee representatives.
Amends article 14 (9) ss.5 p.3 concerning provisions for deductions to the calculation of the employment period and article 18 (6) ss.1 p.1 concerning labour inspection duty to give instructions and make individual decisions.
