Abstract/Citation
The Law is applicable to Qataris on permanent employment under the authority of the civil service law and Qataris working in public establishments, stock companies and other organizations. The law organizes the procedures whereby the lawful hirers of the deceased pensioner can receive their assigned benefits, and specifies the conditions according to which a pension is disbursed.
Article 55 repeals Law No. 7 of 1984 concerning civil servants retirement.
