Second Region

Defines the legal principles for the exercise of rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of physical persons and legal entities in the provision of administrative services.

Amends the following:
- Economic Code (Vedomosti Verkhovnoi Rady Ukrainy, 2003, No. 18-22, p. 144);
- Law of Ukraine on Local Self-Government in Ukraine (VVRU, 1997, No. 24, p. 170; 2010, No. 37, p. 496);
- Law of Ukraine on Permit System in the Area of Economic Activities (VVRU, 2005, No. 48, p. 483; 2011, No. 13-17, p. 112);
- Law of Ukraine on Government Procurement (VVRU, 2010, No. 33, p. 471);
- Tax Code (VVRU, 2011, No. 13-17, p. 112).
