Comprehensive legislation regarding labour disputes. Part II covers the functions of the Commissioner and circumstances in which industrial disputes shall be referred for settlement by conciliation or by arbitration or by the Industrial Court. Part III covers collective agreements and settlement of awards. Part IV provides for industrial courts, labour tribunals, and provisions relating to the retrenchment of workers. Part V relates to strikes and lockouts in essential industries.
