Abstract/Citation

Sets forth duties of employers with regard to mining or drilling offshore. Duties include the provision of health surveillance, information, instruction and training, and protection against explosion and fire. Regulates ventilation, rest rooms, working conditions for women and disabled employees, plant and machinery, structual stability of mines, and escape routes.
