Second Region

Amends Section 1 of Act to ensure firms' provision of pension benefits (BPG). Provides that if the employee has taken on the obligation to provide contributions, he shall at any time be entitled to end or suspend his payments. Also provides that contributions of employees shall not exceed yearly contributions of employer. Lists exceptions to this rule.
