Abstract/Citation
It amends article 2 of the basic law of 1980. It adds in the basic law article 3 on "transferring the right to retirement pension". It also amends article 73 of the basic law related to benefit payments, the calculation of the amount of benefits, and the transfer of the right to retirement pension to the social security program of the European Communities.
